Refunds & Cancelations

We understand the importance of mental health care and the impact that it has on an individual's overall well-being. Our cancelation policy is designed to ensure that we are able to provide the best care possible to all of our patients.

Cancelation of Appointments

Welcome to Elmbrook Psychiatry's refunds and cancellations policy page. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling appointments and obtaining refunds for mental health services. Please read this page carefully to understand our policy and to ensure that you fully understand the terms and conditions.

At Elmbrook Psychiatry, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. However, we ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not provide us with 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the appointment without issuing a refund.

We require a $100 appointment deposit to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will still be charged the full amount for the appointment, and the $100 deposit will not be refunded.

Please note that whether or not we decide to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of Elmbrook Psychiatry. We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at the last minute. In such cases, we will consider your request for a refund, and a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

Please note that if you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment, and no refunds will be issued.
